What’s this?
These are some of the most interesting and beautiful things that we talked about in our studio this week. We show you the stuff that we have come across on instagram, the web or in real life and that inspires and excites us. And yes, sometimes we mingle in our own projects. We enjoy sharing it with our friends, colleagues and anyone interested. Below this week’s 5 tips, here our collected overview.
1: Sternkind
Starchild is the latest project by artist duo Friends With You. It’s a scale model from FWY’s 50 ft. metal sculpture at Art Basel Miami. Awesome and another fine project to their versatile portfolio!
2: What was on TV?
The best thing about the 80s and 90s wasn’t neon or grunge fashion, it wasn’t post-punk or acid house, nor the Citroën BX or Ford Sierra. Nope. The best thing was flipping channels. Like THIS! (or check your radio throughout the years).
3: Publish it already!
These books need your funding. Pretty smart way to combine hype with a minimum of risk in book publishing.
4: Era talk.
The documentary RiP: A Remix Manifesto is a worthy look at copyrights thinking, creative originality and music, now that some time has passed!
5: That felt strange
Boy, what a wonderfully strange spacey universe!! Liam Lee, a literary scholar turned design muscleman.
